Orders Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Q: Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

A: Yes. Please contact us via Live Chat or phone to cancel an order. Once the order has begun processing, we are not able to cancel it.

A: Most orders are shipped the next business day after the processing. We use EMS/FedEx/TNT/DHL/UPS to shipping orders, and we will choose a carrier which suit your country. Orders arrive within 3-6 business days.

Billing & Shipping Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?

A: Yes, we ship to most countries. Your order will ship via EMS/FedEx/TNT/DHL/UPS from our facilities to our international shipping station in Shanghai where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out via the EMS/FedEx/TNT/DHL/UPS. Please allow 3-6 working days for delivery. It's important to note that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Fashionweddingowns charges.

Q: Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

A: Unfortunately at this time we can only have one shipping address per order.

Returns

We guarantee that Our dresses will arrive in Good Condition, made to a high standard and be of the material, design and size that you Ordered. We do not provide a guarantee for the negligence of the shipping Company. If Your dress arrives and You are not satisfied with the condition of the package then ensure that you either refuse the delivery or contact the shipping company while the delivery person waits so that you can confirm Their procedure for receiving a damaged package. We do work with Our selected carriers to ensure that the package arrives in Good Condition, however should it arrive in an unsatisfactory state it is the responsibility of the Delivery Company to reimburse Their damage. If Your dress arrives and the order has been made without meeting your specifications such as, Size, Colour or Material then it is important that You contact Customer Service to Log Your Complaint within 4 days of receiving the Goods. You will be asked to provide a written description of the problem with the order and at least two photographs of the order showing the problem in good lighting. Once a problem has been establish Our customer care will issue are Return Goods Authorization Number, Returns to us without a Return Goods Authorization Number will not be accepted as Returns and no refund will be issued. Returned Goods must be in the Original Condition, not altered or dirtied in anyway. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping unless Our Company has dispatched the wrong item.
